It’s really big so we had so much room to spread out in. Great location about 20 min walk, 5 min drive out of Queenstown. Good to have parking. Loved the spa bath and very well equipped kitchen. The views of the lake are stunning. We loved it so much we booked it twice in our last 2 weeks in NZ with a 3 day gap in between to go to Milford Sound. Great to have a sauna and swimming pool. The Reception staff are lovely and very helpful.

We decided to stay here for my mom's birthday trip, it seems that the swimming pool is wider than before, and the sauna is new and clean. It was nice to relax time with mom. They gave us complimentary drinking voucher so we enjoyed it with pork ribs. Thank you.

The sustainable practices and the ambience of the restaurant were superb. It also appeared that live entertainment was available. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. The style of the hotel was befitting for the location.

The staff were friendly, and our cabin was nice but very basic. I was aware we needed cooking utensils, but I was at least hoping for some basic kitchen amenities to be provided (i.e. plates or mugs..?). We probably didn't quite understand the concept when we booked, but the holiday park is much better suited to campervans rather than those looking for hostel-style budget accommodation. We felt we paid too much for what we got.

About 7-10 min walk from the town for food/bars/entertainment. There’s a small grocery store literally across the road and then around the corner there’s a bigger one! Super convenient. All the ski shuttles will pick up/drop off right out the front of the holiday park. There’s HOT water that never seems to run out and everything was very clean!!! Amenities were great - shared kitchen and lounge was very useful!
