The property is amazing, really spacious, cleaned everyday to a high standard. It has an amazing outdoor area with a Braai which we enjoyed using. It’s a great base location to visit Addo Elephant park which is an hour away. The lodge is secluded and you feel totally immersed in the beautiful surroundings, we walked in the mornings, saw lots of animals especially at night on the way back to the lodge. Safari’s are also available but we did these in Amakhala so just relaxed in the afternoons. There are a few nice restaurants in the local town if you want to eat out, if not the local spar is good. Adrenalin Addo Manor House ligt in Addo, en biedt accommodatie met een patio en gratis WiFi. Deze vakantiewoning heeft een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. Accommodatie was fantastisch, zeer vriendelijke hostes/beheerder, die erg hulpvaardig was. Een goede WiFi verbinding zelfs gedurende Load shedding. goede keuken ruim, heerlijke veranda, en een prachtig gazon waar wij gebruik van konden maken inclusief een vuurplaats voor de braai. Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen dacht ik, in ieder geval hebben wij zelf ons ontbijt verzorgt. Er was wel een bar bij het hoofdgebouw waar wij ontbijt of drank konden gebruiken, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt

Klein Plekkie Self Catering Accommodation biedt accommodatie met barbecuefaciliteiten en een terras in Addo, op 16 km van het uitkijkpunt van Waterhole. It looked like a simple accomodation, but it was all but simple. A big dam provided ample swimming opportunities, an excellent outside and inside braai, ver comfortable bedrooms, a nice kitchen with all utilities, 24hr power, a dining room with a 1000 dollar view. And the host was lovely, she clearly is experienced and made sure we lacked nothing. Her attention for detail was astonishing, little things amazed us all the time.

Intaba Lodge is alleen toegankelijk met een low range 4X4-voertuig en ligt op een wildboerderij grenzend aan het Greater Addo Elephant National Park in de Sundays River Valley. Serendipity, tranquility and extremely remote. I love nature and the outdoors, we had an amazing 4x4 experience finding our way up too the lodge, we had the most beautiful views of the mountains, and the hosts were exceptionally kind, which is new too us because hosts normally don't check in with guests during their stay. Very friendly staff.

We were going to the Addo Elephant Reserve and the property is a 5-minute drive from the south gate. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our host, Leanne. She was incredibly informative about the park and the local area. She recommended a local restaurant that served delicious food and gave us information about local facilities. She gave us a tour around the property to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The property was incredibly clean and well-presented throughout. It is light (large windows) and airy. The veranda overlooking the river was one of our favourite places to sit. We watched the sun rise and set over the Addo River and we watched a pair of Mongoose playing in the field behind the house. We took a stroll down to the river and watched life go by from the pier. The bedding/towels/soft furnishing etc. was immaculate and the beds were sensationally comfortable. The bathroom facilities were top-notch (hot water & good water pressure). We also appreciated the fact that the car parking was undercover, so our vehicle was constantly in the shade. A cool car in November in South Africa is a definite blessing. We did not use the pool, but it was lovely, clean and private. We loved our stay and would recommend this excellent property very highly. Thanks, Leanne for making our stay as perfect as it was.
