This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Residence Serena tiene vistas a la montaña y se encuentra en Asís. Cuenta con restaurante, recepción 24 horas, bar, jardín, piscina de temporada al aire libre y terraza. This property is owned and run by a family and they made our stay very comfortable beginning with inviting us to a special dinner the night we arrived which included live entertainment in the form of a solo guitar player/singer. It was a very laid back experience that remained throughout our five night stay. We had a balcony and a wonderful view of Umbria countryside. The unit consisted of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with adequate space and a very quiet air conditioner that worked quickly to cool down the room and keep it cool throughout the night. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and wine available for purchase. The location in the country was ideal for relaxing.
