The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

Very quiet, comfortable and the host was lovely. We only stayed for one night and would have stayed an extra night but it was booked up, not surprised. Road in is a little rough but it is quite short off the tar road. Highly recommend and fantastic value for money.

Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can easily cook there. The garden is nice and some beautiful turtles live there. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

MYO Cagliari Charming House is situated in Cagliari. Popular points of interest around the property include National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari and Sardinia International Fair. The breakfast was just right for us - we had yogurt and cereal. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We loved the location - on a quiet street but close to lots of shops and restaurants and not a lot of traffic. Communication was great! We loved it!

Perfect if you don't have a a car because there are lots of buses in all directions. You also have access to a very nice garden with two sets of tables, chairs and a small playground for children.
