Haere Mai I Te Fare se află în Teavaro, la 2 km de Plaja Temae, și oferă o grădină, o terasă, facilități de grătar și parcare privată gratuită. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We needed to book at rental car at the last minute and the host was able to book us a car the day before we arrived. Breakfast was optional, we weren't sure if we going to do breakfast or not. We had a long day before we arrived, so decided to keep things simple and go with the breakfast which the host offered. It was your usual European breakfast - various breads and pastries, fresh fruit (seasonal), choice of cheese (cheese plate), homemade jams. You can also ask for scrambled eggs, not sure if they're an added cost or not? There's a small communal fridge so you can put groceries in there. So if you wanted to save some money, you have the option of getting groceries and making your own breakfast. Same thing applies with lunch and dinner. You have access to the kitchen, so you can always make your own lunch and dinner. We had the larger room since that's what was available; it's called the Superior Family Room. Very spacious. Very clean. There was A/C which was very welcomed in that heat! Sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids, or you could do 3 adults but the 2 smaller beds might be a bit small... One of the nice things of staying at a Pension in French Polynesia is that you get to meet the local people, as well as get to know other guests who are staying there. The hosts were at breakfast every morning, and there was always a lively conversation with everyone at the table. So it all depends what you're looking for in Mo'orea, if you're looking for something quiet, where you can 'hide' from the world, then maybe a resort is a better fit? But if you're looking for more of an immersive experience and meeting people, then I would consider staying at a Pension. Also have to talk about their 2 dogs, Rex and Gnocchi! They're a bit goofy, very social and friendly. They mostly hung out by themselves, in the common area and grounds, but did enjoy some scratches behind the ears ;)

Located right on the beach, Linareva Moorea Beach Resort is a small hotel in typical French Polynesian style. Guests have free Wi-Fi access and can borrow canoes, bicycles and snorkelling equipment. Beautiful location and garden! Amazing staff who were always helpful! Good breakfast delivered to our veranda. Wish we had stayed longer.

FARE TEMANEA se află în Papetoai, la aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Papetoai și la 1,9 km de Plaja Tiahura. What a great find…good location, sort of in between anything you would want to visit…but the best thing were the use of the kayaks which we took out every morning to paddle to the little islands, beaches and to snorkel. Wonder finish to our 3 month trip away from home. Thank you, thank you

Maison Orange exceeded all my expectations. It was spacious, clean, I could use the washing machine, there is a big kitchen to use, the room has a great size,… huge terrace - the location is perfect - very close to beach by the hotel Tipaniers where you can rent a kayak, go scuba diving, take excursions,… If I come back (which I am already planning to) - I will definitely stay here again!

Situated alongside a beautiful white sand beach, Te Ora Hau Ecolodge is located 1km from Afareaitu Village. Free WiFi access is available in this lodge. This property was like an oasis, I read some of the reviews so I wasn’t expecting much but when I arrived I was greeted with a smile. The accommodation had everything you needed and was comfortable. The Wifi worked without any issues. But the highlight was the little private beach area, it was so lovely to wake and and have a coffee whilst watching the water and reading a book. I loved my stay here was really nice. There is a shop for groceries 1 Km away from the property, so I could stock the fridge.

Offering an outdoor pool, Fare Arana Mooréa Guesthouse is located in Atiha. It boasts free WiFi and stunning water views. This air-conditioned accommodation offers a terrace. absolutely amazing! So kind owners. Place is super clean and it’s paradise. The facilities are perfect!!!! It’s one of the best place for staying! I love the ginger cat Pasha there ❤️

Situated in the mountains of Moorea, this secluded bungalow features an outdoor pool and both mountain and garden views. Free WiFi and free parking are included. Meghan and Julien are lovely hosts. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The facilities are beautiful and the breakfast was great, for a good price. Very close to lovely hiking trails, which was what we were after.

Just 100 metres from a private beach, Moorea Golf Lodge offers bungalows with free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests enjoy a bar, restaurant and snorkelling on site. Clean and cozy. beautiful view of the ocean. in the morning we were greeted by whales that came about 50 meters from the beach. Kevin is a great host who helped us with everything. A tip for everyone - rent a car for the duration of your stay on the island. thank you very much and best regards :)
