When we arrived (which was late due to traffic) we were greeted by the enthusiasm of the host, he helped us with parking and was very excited to show us the place. We felt very welcome. There are private bathrooms which you can book to bath with your friends/family, one of the best thing about this little gem in Atami:) I was surprised by the cleanliness and the comfort level here. it’s a newly refurbished building, it has three floors with a spacious living room/common room on the second floor which is shared by all the customers here. The room comes with a standard toilet and a shower and quite spacious overall. The tatami bed is comfy. Other reviews complained about the location, but because we drive we think it is an amazing spot! It’s 3 min drive from the famous shrine, and 5 minute to the ginza where there is lots of restaurants and shops. You can also see the fireworks display in the living room if you come on the right times:) We didn’t get the youthful and energetic host’s name, but thank you so much we had a great time staying!!

The location is perfect! Just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) takes you to the beautiful Nabetahama Beach and many nearby attractions. The sunrise views from the room are absolutely gorgeous. For those who want to explore the area, the guesthouse offers free bicycles to borrow. There's also a fully-equipped kitchen you can use for free if you'd like to cook, and even a BBQ area for outdoor grilling. The bathroom, while a little dated, is clean and comfortable. The host, Yuki, is incredibly helpful and generous with his time and advice. He even assisted me with a luggage delivery service. His excellent English makes communication a breeze. True to its name, this guesthouse truly offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Fantastic, this place is a hidden gem and we are so glad we found it. The location is stunning, but the hosts are just the loveliest, friendliest and most welcoming people in the world. We had an unforgettable stay at Romey's. The food was amazing, the atmosphere amazing and we just had the best night. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, everyone should stay here....!!!

Nastanitev Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 z 2 zvezdicama se nahaja ob morju v mestu Higashiizu in ponuja vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter teraso. The kindest owner I've ever had. He cares about our comfort and has a genuine curiosity about the guests. I felt like at home. Really cozy and comfortable stay. 100% recommended!

Nastanitev Hostel Knot se nahaja v okrožju Shuzenji Onsen (Izu) in ponuja sobe s klimatsko napravo ter s TV. Cleanest hostel I’ve ever been in, convenient location, and reasonably priced. But what really blew me away was the service. Hey-san was incredibly helpful with recommendations and reservations nearby. He even helped with our laundry while we were out and about. Our whole group loved staying here.

Kisami Ohama beach is just a 3-minute walk from, Oli Oli Guesthouse in Shimoda featuring a terrace and bar. The property is located 7 km from Shirahama Ohama Beach. The staff was so kind and really listening to what you need. the food was amazing and the place is so cosy and chill, just 3 min next to the beach. you can even get some body board for free !

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, JOYinn is located in Izu Kogen. There is a free shuttle pick-up and drop-off service available for guests from Izu-Kogen Station. Really nice guesthouse with a great owner ! I really recommend for couples =)

Guest House Tokiwa offers dorm beds and affordable Japanese-style private rooms, free WiFi, a shared lounge and a shared kitchen. Located in Fujinomiya City, the closest town to Mt. Very welcoming owner, speaks really good english, knows the fujinomiya very well.
