Set in the centre of Budapest, less than 1 km from Heroes' Square, Platanus Guesthouse offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The accomodation was very nice it is clean, spacious and all very modern. The owner was very kind and helpful as weel. The location is also very central and we could basically walk everywhere. If I were to come back to Budapest I would definately book here again.

Rotter Lajos Turistaház is situated in the 02. Rózsadomb district of Budapest, 9 km from Chain Bridge, 9.1 km from Hungarian Parliament Building and 9.1 km from Margaret Island Japanese Garden. An amazing place right at the top of the hill with amazing views. However, this does come with a tradeoff, as getting there without a car is a little challenging, but that was certainly worth the tradeoff. The rooms are clean and tidy and a fully equipped kitchen and lounge is available for use. Would certainly recommend it.

Featuring garden views, Helga Vendégház offers accommodation with patio, around 11 km from Citadella. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The owners were friendly and helpful. The location was central to many towns we visited including Budapest. Parking right in front of property. Close by to stores for food/restaurants. There was a festival this past weekend and we were within walking distance to participate. I would recommend and will definitely stay here in the future.

Objekt Lidi Guesthouse nalazi se na dobroj lokaciji u 6. okrugu Terézváros u Budimpešti, na 600 metara od sinagoge u ulici Dohany i Mađarske državne opere te 1 km od bazilike Sv. Stjepana. The location is great, within 100m of the 100e bus from/to the airport which makes transfers cheap and easy, and within an easy 5-10 mins walk to the river, main shopping/restaurant streets, ruin bars, markets, etc. Detailed directions provided for after hours arrival, (with photos of steps, key codes, etc), made it very easy to get into our room. Everything was clean and tidy, bathroom has a good view over the square opposite. You can store your bags while you're out exploring on your last day, (if you have a late airline departure, for example). Contact via email/phone was always helpful and friendly.
