Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Straven Guesthouse provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. It was an amazing experience to stay at Straven Guesthouse. I felt at home, the bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and warm. Breakfast was a whole variety of delicious dishes, home made and beautiful. The sea front is only a few steps away and I enjoyed walking along the sea promenade to the cafés - and walking along the sea shore. I felt looked after and cared for by Sinead and Chris. The room and all the amenities were perfect and I loved the coziness of the entire place. Not to mention, the Scottish breakfast Elizabeth made was one of my favorite breakfasts I've had! Highly recommend staying here for a friendly and genuine experience in Scotland.
