Gillian was a very gracious host, so warm and welcoming. The room was fantastic, well heated, comfortable and impeccably clean. I hadn't originally booked breakfast with our stay but was able to add it on arrival paying cash by the day for the delicious continental breakfast. With a fantastic view of the mountains from the breakfast room. The B&B is only a few minutes walk from the charming town of portree or an even shorter drive. Gillian had contacted us prior to our visit with some local restaurants for dinners which was greatly appreciated and booking in advance is essential as the town is very popular. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for any stay.

Set 13 km from Portree, just 41 km from Talisker Distillery, Seal Cottage offers beachfront accommodation with a garden, a private beach area, a terrace and free WiFi. It was a beautiful spot near the beach. The owner left cereal, milk, and other amenities for breakfast. There was also nice little touches from the owner in the cottage that made it feel homey. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Carters Rest Guesthouse in Milovaig provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge with large sofas and a fireplace. The Isle of Skye is a breathtaking place to visit and Carter's Rest was the perfect place to stay in. We spent two nights there and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, the location stunning, and to top it all off, the hosts, Simone and Jonathan are very warm, welcoming and cook delicious food!

Situated in Kensaleyre, 11 km from Portree, Loch Eyre House features free WiFi access and free private parking. Some units have views of the sea or garden. A flat-screen TV is provided. Amazing view with outdoor furniture to sit at and enjoy in the evening. Comfortable bed. Lovely staff - friendly, helpful and have suggestions of things to do. Even though my room was next to reception and the dining/lounge it was quiet and this did not bother me at all.
