Room, staff, breakfast and location are absolutely perfect. Staff is very helpful, we had room cleaned everyday, breakfast was nice. Fron terrase you can see pretty nice view. Highly recommended place.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice and very helpful. The location is very good. Close to Taksim Square but still in a very quiet and beautiful street. The price is very affordable too. Would definitely recommend and we will happily coming again.

The room was large and bright, with a nice view across the sea. It was also clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed this oasis away from the street hustle and bustle. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the breakfast omelette was delicious. Thank you to the team.

We had a great stay here! It was close to all the attractions, had great aircon and was clean and comfortable. There was a nice rooftop terrace with amazing views. The staff were awesome and on 2 occasions had breakfast ready for us early. Don't hesitate to stay here!

I do recommend. Nelly was so helpful and she s a kind women. The place was clean The location is close to istiklal street 10 minutes walk. She has a friendly cats. In general everything was absolutely good.

We came to the Marmara Guesthouse for a short stay in Istanbul where I had my PhD defense exam. I have lived in Istanbul several years but never really stayed in this part of the city. We loved it! It was very important for us to have a comfortable stay as the exam was already stressful enough. Marmara Guesthouse definitely made these important days memorable for me 😇 The location is in a quiet area and not in an immediate vicinity to bars etc. However one block away are restaurants and small shops. 👌 The distance to Sultanahmet attractions is short and the best part is the vicinity to the Kennedy-Allee by the Sea of Marmara. We warmly recommend a stroll here to observe the dolphins. 🥰 The breakfast was amazing with diverse sorts of cheese, fruit, veggies, meze, everything... The day before my exam I spent several hours on the rooftop terrace where the breakfast is normally served and studied. Sockets are available. I was offered to use the electric kettle to cook water for tea and coffee which was available for guests for free 😊 If we return to Istanbul we would stay here again.

All aspects were impeccable - from the gracious greeting by Mr. Kayahan, to the impressive architecture, the cozy room, and the prime location in Kadikoy. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back on every future trip to Istanbul.
