Phranakorn-Nornlen was my last accommodation in Thailand before goin back home after traveling for 3 months in SE Asia. and it’s def in my top 3 of best hotels/hostels where i have stayed. the decoration is the coziest thing I’ve seen! each room has an unique cute deco. The bed is super comfy and at night (and during the day) the rooms area is super quiet. The rooms have both fans and a/c which I really prefer. The team is amazing! Very helpful and lovely to talk to you. in the common area, there is a coffee where you can buy brekkie and lunch. I am definitely coming back here next time I’m in Thailand :)

Returning to this guesthouse feels like coming home, where the rooms and facilities gleam with cleanliness. The staff's unfailing friendliness adds warmth to every stay, ensuring you're always provided with cold bottled water. For 15 years, it has been my sanctuary in Bangkok. In this area you realy experience city's authentic charm with nearby foodmarkets, street vendors, and welcoming locals. Nestled in a serene yet central location near a temple, the pier and delightful riverside restaurants, it remains my favorite spot to unwind and explore the true essence of Bangkok.

The property is a beautifully restored house with worm wood floors and walls. The location is excellent - walking distance fr Kao San road, the Great Palace and a BTS station. The staff super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to others and stay there again myself!

Great private studio with kettle, mini refrigerator, desk and chairs to sit on, air conditioning and a fan etc. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and communication was easy. Great location close to the metro with lots of food options and massage places nearby (and a 7-21 for snacks). Ideal for travellers who want privacy and don’t want to stay in the tourist pockets. Excellent value.
