Well positioned, clean guesthouse with easy self check in. Easy to rxchange towels and get extra soup, shower gel or tea bags. You can borrow umbrrlla in case of rain at thd entrance.Great value fof money. Reliable wifi. Tea facilities in the room. Quiet at night, just 5 rooms. It was my second but not last stay for sure. Really recommended.

I travel a lot and it doesn't happen often to say that I found a gem but this flat was a GEM! The owner needs to make proper photos because it looks beter than at them. We arrived around 1:30 in the night and my first impression was that I was going to sleep in the basement but when we entered in it, it was WOW! Cool, cleen, comfortable and it even had a nice balcony with a table and 2 chair. The temperatures were very high but the flat was nice and cool. The bus and the tram stop are right infront of the building and there is a Lidl supermarket literaly on 300 meters. Good wi-fi and proper kitchen corner with everything you need.

This was one of my favorite places we stayed on our trip. It was so cute and they were so accommodating. We asked to stay an extra night and they went above and beyond to make it work. Communication was excellent and Hanna was the sweetest! This place really had charm and warmth to it. Highly recommend!

The accomodation was very nice it is clean, spacious and all very modern. The owner was very kind and helpful as weel. The location is also very central and we could basically walk everywhere. If I were to come back to Budapest I would definately book here again.

An amazing place right at the top of the hill with amazing views. However, this does come with a tradeoff, as getting there without a car is a little challenging, but that was certainly worth the tradeoff. The rooms are clean and tidy and a fully equipped kitchen and lounge is available for use. Would certainly recommend it.

Me and my husband stayed in the room N.3 and here's what we can say: Easy check-in Super comfy bed Friendly host Great location Quiet room Good heating system Large good quality smart TV Cozy bathroom and kitchen Beautiful interior Old but gorgeus building - All of this has made our stay in Budapest super comfortable! Much recommended! *I wished the pillows were as comfy as the rest of the bed :P

The location is great, within 100m of the 100e bus from/to the airport which makes transfers cheap and easy, and within an easy 5-10 mins walk to the river, main shopping/restaurant streets, ruin bars, markets, etc. Detailed directions provided for after hours arrival, (with photos of steps, key codes, etc), made it very easy to get into our room. Everything was clean and tidy, bathroom has a good view over the square opposite. You can store your bags while you're out exploring on your last day, (if you have a late airline departure, for example). Contact via email/phone was always helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful time when I stayed at this amazing apartment. The owner lady managed everything perfectly. The facilities in the apartment were great. I felt very comfortable and relaxing. All the guests I met there were very kind.
