The villa is perfectly located in the middle of Sumartin. Everything is reachable in walking distance (resteraunts, supermarket, beach etc.). The garden and pool area is super clean and well-maintained. The rooms are super clean as well and the hand-picked old wooden furniture pieces create a comfortable ambience. The owner of the villa is around when you need him, very kind, and always willing to help (e.g. helped us to get the ferry last minute to catch our flight). Overall, it was one of the best stays we had in Croatia so far (and we were at least 10 times in Croatia). We will most likely come next year again.

The apartments (rooms) are 2-3 minutes from the port and a small beach, town is small and everything is walkable. I would recommend this place, the view is awesome, you can see the see from your balcony, I also worked from there, WIFI is not the best, but for daily use is alright.

The apartment was really nice, had everything you need .we had the downstairs apartment which included our own private terrace with view of the sea ❤️ The location was perfect.. only 5 min walk to the beach or to the restaurants/shops . The owners where lovely, very welcoming. Would highly recommend

Villa Anita is set in the centre of a small fishing village of Sumartin, on the Island of Brač, one of Croatia’s most beautiful islands. Jezero Brač is 200 metres away from the property.
