Our host was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Contact with her was very prompt. She even helped us when our taxi to the airport was falling through at 5AM. The rooms are very modern and we'll equipped. They are clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was the perfect size for us to re-pack our luggage for our flight back home. This was the best service we had in a while. We would happily recommend this accommodation to any prospective guests. Thank you again.

Camilla was awesome! She was the perfect hostess. She was helpful giving suggestions about places to go in town, the food was great and we loved her stories. Our bed was super comfortable - had a great sleep!! Great location - we loved the walks along the river to town.

The owner of the house is extremly friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We had a big room with two comfortable chairs, so we did not need to sit on the bed all the time. The breakfast we enjoyed next to a nice fireplace, was traditional scottish and very tasty. It took us only 5 minutes to reach the city center and a tesco is only two minutes away. For us the perfect choice for our two days in Inverness, we can only recommend it to anyone!

Everything about this place was exceptional. David and Roberta have created something really special. The location was fantastic and was on a quiet street. It was so close to the city centre with a beautiful walk to get there. The breakfast was delicious every morning and there were so many choices. I'm a vegetarian and got to pick something different every day. David and Roberta were so helpful when it came to answering any questions that I had in advance and advice about day trips. I never had to ask for anything because David and Roberta have thought of everything from extra pillows and blankets to tea in the room, it made everything so comfortable. Everyone who works here works really hard and it shows. I had an early train to catch and thought I was going to miss breakfast the day of my departure until Roberta said that it could be ordered to take away. Even though I had to get up really early, I got to eat a lovely breakfast with coffee on the train. When people go above and beyond, this is the wonderful result. I'm so glad I got to stay here.
