We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. Mary-Anne was hospitable and welcoming; the room was extremely comfortable with high-quality bedding. The bathroom was spotless. Bonus: she has two cute Beagles Harry and Frazer if you are a dog lover like we are :)

Heather was amazing. She got me checked in then proceeded to make calls for restaurants for reservations for dinner. She found me one each night. Walking Distance to the city center for shopping, food and entertainment. I would highly recommand the Crown House.

The host, Camilla, was exceptional. She was one of the friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met. The guest house is located very close to the river and just a short walk from numerous food and drink choices. The home was lovely and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was phenomenal. I can honestly say, it was the best porridge I’ve ever had.

The owner of the house is extremly friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We had a big room with two comfortable chairs, so we did not need to sit on the bed all the time. The breakfast we enjoyed next to a nice fireplace, was traditional scottish and very tasty. It took us only 5 minutes to reach the city center and a tesco is only two minutes away. For us the perfect choice for our two days in Inverness, we can only recommend it to anyone!

Everything about this place was exceptional. David and Roberta have created something really special. The location was fantastic and was on a quiet street. It was so close to the city centre with a beautiful walk to get there. The breakfast was delicious every morning and there were so many choices. I'm a vegetarian and got to pick something different every day. David and Roberta were so helpful when it came to answering any questions that I had in advance and advice about day trips. I never had to ask for anything because David and Roberta have thought of everything from extra pillows and blankets to tea in the room, it made everything so comfortable. Everyone who works here works really hard and it shows. I had an early train to catch and thought I was going to miss breakfast the day of my departure until Roberta said that it could be ordered to take away. Even though I had to get up really early, I got to eat a lovely breakfast with coffee on the train. When people go above and beyond, this is the wonderful result. I'm so glad I got to stay here.
