The owner was more than helping and friendly. We were personally welcomed and after asking we were given beautiful recommendations for special shops and cafes. The room was absolutely lovely, we were stunned by the view and the location! If we come back to brighton we will most definitely book the Blue Sky Guest House again! Thank you for the lovely stay!

the room decoration and comfort was exceptional, very cozy atmosphere, a sense of 'couleur locale' and good location. The staff was really friendly and helpful and there were many choices on the breakfast menu. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay in Brighton!

Amazing staff - you really feel welcomed by them! They coordinated the time to deliver the keys with me so it was a very smooth process. At my final day I had to leave before the start time for breakfast and they went out of their way to wake up early and prepare breakfast for me - it was such a lovely gesture, I think I've never seen someone do this for me in a hotel! Oh and I cannot recommend enough the breakfast, absolutely amazing!!!

Very centrally located in Brighton. A throw of stone away from the beach and from a host of restaurants and cafes. The hotel is on a quiet street. The bed and the room as a whole were quite comfortable.

John the host was very welcoming when i arrived, he checked me in and showed me to my room. My room was large, spacious, extremely clean and my bed was a dream to sleep in. My room also had a nice balcony with a table and chairs and i was delighted to be able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy coffee's. I will definitely recommend Colson House for the place to stay at whilst visiting Brighton.
