the property was idyllic. it was like something from a fairy tale. there was an old manoir with only 3 rooms, historic but in perfect condition. The rooms were gorgeously appointed in a classic french country style. the grounds were huge, and there was a natural spring just next to the house which fed several large ponds. i thought it was a fountain with a pump! the yard has a gorgeous swimming pool and a covered gazebo where to die for breakfasts are served by the most gracious hostess we have ever encountered at any stay anywhere. beautiful china and gorgeous linens, all french country, the hostess has exquisite taste but never felt fussy. there is a huge property with fruit trees, grape vines, bee hives, you come in an iron gate and drive down a long beautiful lane to get to the house. there is ample parking, and you feel like you are staying at your own private estate. i cannot say enough about this experience. so grateful we stumbled across Le Domaine des Oreades!

This was a comfortable hotel at the edge of Uzes. Very nice 2 km walk into town along a quiet road. Good meal in restaurant in auberge and a very good breakfast in the morning.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is fantastic. Next door the host operates a delightful garden restaurant and prepares delicious meals. Kira you exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning.

The hosts are lovely people. The property is clean and equiped with everything you might need (even a washing maschine). They have 3 adorable dogs and are helpful with tips about where to go visit or eat. Not a downside but just for information, the hosts only speak French.

My husband and I loved how welcomed we were and the little extra attentions to comfort, such as choosing our time for breakfast and having it served to us just outside the bedroom door! My husband also took advantage of the beautiful and large jacuzzi. We had everything we needed and it was a very nice experience. Also, we were there in the middle of summer when it was extremely hot, the air conditioning was a saving grace. Not to mention the room and exterior are nicely decorated and make it a true little escape!
