We had company of 2 adorable pets - Luna and Fan-Fan. The hosts were also great and provided us with the travel tips. She is very helpful regarding places to visit in Avignon, and our attempting to communicate in French, although she has excellent English. It is in a central location in the old town close to monuments, and many great cafes and restaurants. In the height of summer and the busy annual theatre festival of Avignon it was an oasis to return to, and the private lounge area, and air conditioned bedroom were wonderful, quiet escapes from the bustling, hot town. We slept exceptionally well in the quiet, cool bedroom. Excellent bathroom and shower also.
