Absolutely brilliant place to stay very conveniently located near the Pinto train station. We stayed in the hotel due to the proximity of Parque Warner Madrid. The hotel owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating with our requests. They were able to help us understand the shuttle service to Parque Warner. We had to leave early to take a train the next morning and they allowed us to check out early and even gave us pastries for breakfast on the train. The breakfast itself was delicious. We had toast with olive oil and ham, some coffee and pastries. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again.

The staff is really friendly, polite and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean. We also liked the breakfast. They offer breakfast in the room. The reception is open 24 h. Hostel is located in quiet place and public transport for center of the Madrid is nearby (45 minutes ride to the center). We would recommend this place!

I stayed for three nights, visiting places such as Reina Sofia, Parque Polvoranca and a La Liga football match in Getafe. The suburban location is very good for visiting Madrid area if you want to be immersed in everyday life of the people and don't mind a bit of walking. Connections to Metro and Cercanias are not far, and the area has very many good coffee bars and restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean and completely adequate for sleeping in. The staff was very professional and friendly. For me, this place exceeded the expectations.
