Checking in was done via a phone call for a key safe so never met any staff but the lady on the phone was pleasant. The room itself was wow. I wasn't expecting a full apartment but that's what it was and it was great. Plenty of space and comfy beds. Good amenities inside with kettle, coffee percolator and microwave. Even a little roof top area.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was the perfect size and arrangement for a solo traveller. If you take the train, you can be at the city center in 10 minutes. It is very good value for money. I was greeted with coffee and a bottle of water in my room, which was very nice after a long day of travel. Also, Mr. Rudi was very helpful with the invoicing and responded quickly. I can definitely recommend this place.

The location is wonderful, next to the central park, surrounded by beautiful nature all over, but close enough to downtown to go walking to have a meal, to buy groceries or to take the train at the central station. The room was very clean and super cozy. The common area is also very comfortable and inviting. And the staff is super nice! Even though I couldn't come between the check-in hours, Mrs. Stahl arranged everything so that I could come in later without inconvenient. I definitely recommend this welcoming place :)
