The property was very easy to find and close to the train station and the bus stop and was only minutes away via bus from the accor stadium which was a bonus for us as we were able to rest and relax before the concert. Me and my sis in law were welcomed with a nice welcome card and complimentary food and drinks which we thought was very nice. The property was very clean and organised, to be honest better than some hotels I have stayed at. My previous booking got cancelled last minute and this popped up a few days later and booked it straight away, so happy I was able to find this property as this property was perfect. We also arrived early and contacted the owner a couple of times and was very happy with her quick response, we were also able to check in early. Thank you so much Chris for everything. We had the best time and we will definitely come back.

Our stay during the 10 days were AWESOME!!!, Thanks to Sunny, Bahar & Ramsey, for the hospitality throught out our stay there. It was our 1st time in Sydney, I LOVE the Orange Tree just around the laundry area!! 😁 Never seen one in my life 🤣 would recomment guests to stay there and we will definitely choose Sunny Rooms Mascot, in our next visit 🥰

Awesome place, the design, the rooms, tea, coffee, plates all available, the cleanness, the bathrooms (even the soap was nice), there even was a heater in my room! The pub downstairs also looked awesome, I just didn't have an opportunity to eat/drink there

Nice quiet location, and only a 2 minute walk to the 8 minute ferry ride to the Circular Quay (next to Sydney Opera House) where you can switch over to other ferries, buses, trains etc. Even though we had to pay extra for Continental Breakfast, it was worth it. Nearby was a nice walking trail and Cremorne Reserve. Great property if you want to enjoy big city, but not stay in a noisy area.

We loved everything about Penshurst Guest House. The entrance was inviting. The kitchen very functional. Our bedroom and bathroom warm and inviting.
