The price you pay is very cheap for the high quality of the room. Everything else in the house besides the room is also very good, you feel like you have our own space there. The hosts are very friendly and nice and always ready to help you. The guest house is also very well located, it's very easy to reach the center of Perth from there.

Not too far from the city center as well. The room was spacious and I had a great view of the river. It was also pretty quiet. Check in was fast and easy as well, and the staff was kind as well. There’s really nothing to complain about and I’d choose the hotel again!

You could not go anywhere else to stay if you were visiting this part of Perth. So close to a lovely lake to take a walk
