Host Joe found the right blend of allowing privacy while offering attentiveness and easy communication if needed.

The location near to Broadmeadows Station was a bonus. It was easy to reach by taxi from Melbourne Airport. The instructions on how to gain access to the property were easy to follow. Really very nice B&B! The room was very clean and comfortable, with a shared bathroom shower room kitchen and living room! It's really clean and I think the hygiene is better than a 3 star hotel in Melbourne city!
