Great view from the rooftop. Lovely italian breakfast. Free parking in front of the door. We loved it. It’s also walking distance to everywhere. They cooked us dinner and we drank wine under the june moonlight. The property even has an archeological site on it. The rooms were a bit old but all in all fine. The staff at this place are EXCEPTIONAL. Just a side note that it is necessary to have a car to get to the property and they don't always serve food so check in advance!MohitaYoung couple

Little terrace at the room and large terrace at the front of the building. so always shade or sun. owners Andrea and Flavia are very friendly and helpful. Siracusa and Ortigia about 7 km away by car. parking in the ancient city is something to plan carefully because it is crowded. app easypark is very usefull. we had a really nice stay.
