The house is truly an exemplary piece of great architecture offering 2 high ceiling bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a sauna and a generously sized high ceiling kitchen + living space. There are 3 A/C units installed but are rarely needed due to great possibilities of natural ventilation (plenty of openings all equipped with sliding mosquito nets). Large exterior overhangs will keep you well shaded throughout the day and if feeling hot just splash into that gorgeous mosaic tiled swimming pool! And if that is not enough there are a handful of beaches only minutes walk away. Highly recommend, we will be back for sure.

Apartment was beautifull. Clean, nice, big. Perfect for 2-3 families or groups of friend. Very close to beach (4min by food). So many equipments (washing machine, coffee machine…) Large terasse with seaview but only with small umbrella, so it was not posiible to stay on the terasse during afternoon. The beach close to apartment is small without any bars and also restaurants are on reservation system, but everything what you need is in Novalija (15min by car)? Better for people which want calm, small village. 10 min by car are beautifull beaches for kids and also olive trees park. Parking place for 3 cars is included. The owner was very nice and open for every change what we need. Biggest plus is selfcheck, so you can come also during the night. We enjoyed this beautifull apartment to the fullest and we will come back again for sure :-)

Luciana and Bernard are two caring hosts - questions are answered without delay and any problems are solved immediately. The house has five bedrooms - all with with AC and Mosquito nets. The house is in no way small but what we really appreciate was all the outside space at our disposal which included a dedicated swimming spot for our house / grill area / several seating areas and sunbeds for all 9 of us. The fantastic picture doesn't make the location justice. The location is even more beautiful in reality. One of our best holidays ever!
