The apartment is superb, well equipped. You have grand views and it is at a perfect location - quiet neighborhood - to start day trips from, whether it is Houtbaai, Kampsbaai, VA waterfront or even Langebaan-Weskus NP or Stellenbosch. Easy access to the N1 and N2 highways (via M3 or middestad). The pool at the complex is excellent and well maintained. The supermarket is close by as well as venues. So, you can't have a better spot than this. And waking up viewing Signaalheuwel, Leeukop and the Tafelberg- one of the 7 new wonders - as well as the city itself, is a super bonus.
