The staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, beautiful and have plenty of space. The fact that there are connecting rooms is wonderful for families. Breakfast was very good and diverse. There are great restaurants nearby and it is a few minutes walk to the old city and night market.

Attractively situated in Hoi An, HY Local Budget Hotel by Hoianese - 5 mins walk to Hoi An Ancient Town features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. I had an incredible stay at this hostel! The staff were absolutely amazing - they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and warm throughout my entire stay. They were always there to assist and went above and beyond to introduce me to the best local places and provide fantastic recommendations for food and drinks. I can confidently say that this was the most helpful place to stay, and the central location was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for making my stay so memorable

My fiancé and I loved our time at Hoianese Heritage Hotel in Hoi An. Min and Helen were among the best hosts we have ever had, so sweet, friendly, and helpful with recommendations of what to do in Hoi An. We arrived early in the morning after a journey with the night sleeping bus and went straight away for a cooking class, and when we came back they prepared our room and cooled it down which was perfect. There is free water, coffee and tea for all the guests, and a very delicious breakfast available at the location. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was great - close to the night market but quiet and away from the crowded areas.The staff also helped us with the bus for our next location at a good price. We would certainly recommend this hotel, as it is great value for money.

Hotel is very close to the old city.Staff are very friendly. They book the tours and transportion .Room is spacious. There are alternative breakfast menus. We did not have the time for the breakfast before the tour pick up time and the staff rushed with the motorbike to have banh mi and handed it over to us, stoping the tour bus had already droven away.I was really surprised.

Hoian Old Town Hostel has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Hoi An. Very clean. Great location. Good value for money. The staff were helpful and attentive. Recommend it.
