The luxurious Windsor Plaza Hotel towers 25 stories above Cholon District (Chinatown) in central Ho Chi Minh City. Due to a problem with our previous hotel, we were forced to leave and look for a new place. We booked this hotel in the middle of the night, on December 20th, at 2.30 a.m. Despite the fact that booking.com does not allow us to book for the night of 19th - 20th of December, we called the hotel and they answered right away because we were dialing a local number from an international phone. We appreciate the quick response, even though it was in the middle of the night. We intend to stay for two nights (19th - 21st December). The hotel accepted payment from Booking.com for the 20th - 21st of December and charged us the same price for an extra night. We arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m. and were greeted warmly. We requested a non-smoking room on the non-smoking floor ( this hotel has a certain level that allows smoking). The booking.com room was unavailable, so they gave us a twin room, but they joined the beds together. The next day, they upgraded us to a larger and extremely soundproof room on the 20th floor. This hotel provided extra toiletries and towels for every room we stayed in. I am very happy and grateful to have moved here. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting HCMC!

Very helpful, cheerful, friendly and always following up on our requests.She has, all the good attributes of what a frontline counter staff should have. I can't say for the other male counter staff wearing glasses. The other other without glasses is okay. Lady boss also very helpful.
