Sotetsu Grand Fresa Saigon í Ho Chi Minh City er 4 stjörnu gististaður með líkamsræktarstöð og veitingastað. I loved the Japanese toilet. There were many restaurants to choose from surrounding the hotel and a choice of convenience stores to buy supplies from. They provide baggage lockers for free for those who have a later departure time beyond the standard checkout time. The swimming pool in the 19th floor was perfect for cooling off after a hot day and provided a wonderful view of Saigon. There was a wonderful bakeshop in front of the hotel which had delicious bread and food to satisfy a hungry traveller.

Since its opening on Christmas Eve 1959, Caravelle Saigon has gained renown for being at the heart of everything important in this great city. We stayed in one of the signature rooms from 18th December to 22nd December and booked our stay through Booking dot com. A very trustworthy booking website. Read a lot of reviews about the benefits of staying in a signature room and decided to book it and it was a great decision. Check in at the signature lounge was smooth. The room was exactly done up as per the pictures shown in the booking website. Housekeeping staff are doing a wonderful job and very pleased to see that everything was done well. Breakfast was amazing with good spread of food and the individual attention given by the below given staff were outstanding, Thanks to Le the chef who prepared delicious eggs for us. Evening cocktails and delicious food at the lounge was complimentary and we had the chance to try the alcoholic drinks. Full value for the money. A big thank you to Thy, Giang, Quynh, My, Oanh, Tram, Nhi, Kim, Huy, Thu, Hoang, Phuc, Dat (the entire staff who were at the service for the signature lounge guests) Concierge handled by Trinh and Nhung were kind enough to help us for the laundry and the taxi to airport. Had a try at the casino on the Roulette but no luck, One of the afternoon had lunch at the Cafe De Opera restaurant, special mention to Truc the hostess, she really took special care for the order. Overall, a memorable stay at hotel CARAVELLE and hopefully will be staying here again and will book the signature room to have the same experience.
