Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. The first impression upon walking into the building is that it smells absolutely amazing, and the general ambiance of the lobby does not detract from thag at all. The staff was very helpful and agreed to store our luggage before check in. The directions given for sight seeing was most helpful. The room and linens were clean and tidy, the room temp perfection, and the noise level at a minimum. I had zero problems during my stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable bathroom with all you could need. Great towels and liniens. Very comfortable bed!! Superb location - had my doubts about it being too far away from midtown - turned out to be so well located (multiple Subway lines), beautiful views on the Statue of liberty a short walk away. Brooklyn bridge, Chinatown etc within walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood at night. Really Perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great experience!

This hotel offers contemporary suites with free WiFi access. It occupies a prime location in the Downtown District. Steps away from One World Observatory and the 9/11 Memorial. The checkin and checkout were extremely fast and the staff really took good care of us and helped us throughout our stay. Would definitely recomend.
