Needed to be mid-town, so chose the Whitby over the Crosby. Appreciated how quickly restaurant hostess and staff were to recognize my husband and me. Excellent front desk staff. Appropriately COVID aware. Liked non-fogging mirrors in bathroom.

The service from the moment you step from the taxi, without exception is exceptional. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your staff is a good experience. I stayed in a small apartment which was beautiful, so much so I happily remained there my whole first day and night working. Room service breakfast from the private kitchen is one of the best I’ve experienced, it arrived fresh and so beautifully presented I almost didn’t want to eat it. Thoroughly recommended.

Ideally set in New York, Pestana Park Avenue features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. staff were excellent and accommodated us/our additional requests with ease. truly amazing staff! our first room was on the small size but they upgraded us to a bigger room with no hestiation. the extra amenities are enough to get the job done - bed was really comfortable and there was everything we needed around. the free coffee machine was a nice perk.
