In a prime location, in the Lower Garden District, of New Orleans, St Charles Coach House, Ascend Hotel Collection is located 1.1 km from Lafayette Cemetery, 2.4 km from Morial Convention Center and... Leonce at the front desk was great. Gave us a structured itinerary for our trip. The rooms and the hotel looks very nice, it seems recently remodeled. Would definitely recommend staying here. The french quarter was just a short tram ride away, which we even took at night without any safety concerns of any kind. The street the hotel is on is also quite safe with a few shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

Situated in the Garden District of central New Orleans, close to area attractions including the French Quarter, this hotel offers comfortable accommodation, complete with many comforts of home. I would recommend anyone to stay here. I am a stickler about cleanliness, and this was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. I couldn’t believe how nice it was; especially for the price. I suppose it’s less expensive because it’s further from the French Quarter (a 2-mile walk, which isn’t bad), but the Garden District where this hotel is located is just lovely! You could spend a day walking around the historic neighborhoods and touring this area. I traveled alone and felt totally safe, and the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and informative. It was an all-around great experience!

This upscale hotel in the New Orleans Garden District is located on the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line. High-speed wireless internet access is included. Location was good, it was very clean, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and it was a great spot to watch some of the Mardi gras parades.

Amazing place. A classic New Orlean style house filled with all the 'special' vibes of this wonderful city. It's extremely clean and much bigger than any other accommodation at such a price. The most important thing... you feel that they respect you as a customer and as a human being. Also, it's close to the downtown and the historic French Quarter - about 20 minutes walking distance (I never used a streetcar but there are two different choices if you like). A HUGE PLUS - Melissa. She's such a great person and ready to help you with anything. Also a great singer 😉

I loved how central the location is everything was less than 10 mins away. The decor was truly exceptional. Spencer was quick to respond to anything I needed.
