Customer service, the best, all guys are so friendly, I remember Andy and the guy with the french accent and couple more which i dont remember now. Also pool bar service was fantastic, overall: the only place where i felt like home.

This pet-friendly Los Angeles hotel is 5 minutes' walk to the Beverly Center shopping area. The boutique hotel offers an outdoor saltwater pool, a Pool Lounge, Lobby Lounge, and Mezzanine Sushi. Andrii was amazing. The amenities were also amazing.
