The La Quinta Inn & Suites Las Vegas Summerlin Tech is right off Highway 95 and a short drive to downtown Summerlin with an easy drive to the Las Vegas Strip. Friendly staff/reception (sadly, i forgot his name), he even offered me to sign up for Wyndham rewards. Good hot breakfast. Comfortable bed/pillows, clean bathroom, fluffy towels. Expected noise but did not happen- slept like a log. Will definitely stay again. To all: always tip the housekeeping staff :)

Boasting pool views, The Buddha Estate provides a shared lounge and a garden, around 14 km from Stratosphere Tower. The most beautiful and amazing property I’ve ever stayed at! The host is very patient and such an easy person to converse with when it comes to the property and booking.
