Complimentary tea, coffee and water in the lobby. Location was great, right beside the blue line that connects to the airport and walking distance to most attractions downtown. Room size was good, bathroom looks like it was freshly renovated.

Immaculately clean, well-maintained, courteous staff (Cynthia and in fact ALL the Front-Desk managers!) at a prime location (South loop, downtown Chicago), well-connected by CTA bus and the iconic Chicago "L" ("elevated") trains to ALL the Chicago attractions such as Cruise, Riverwalk, Field Museum, Millennium Park and the Bean, The Magnificent Mile, The Willis Tower, The Navy Pier, and all such "must-see" spots. This Hotel, in addition, is immaculate and safe. The cherry on the cake is that the Hotel is just next door to the mammoth McCormick Convention Center (where I had a Conference to attend) with a direct bridge-connection!

Directly connected to McCormick Place, this Chicago hotel features state-of-the-art technology and connectivity, with over 93,000 square feet of meeting space, on-site dining and a 24-hour fitness... Room was well furnished; pillows were nice and soft; the bed felt similar to my own. I appreciated the darkness of the room for sleeping and the room safe. It was nice to have an ironing board and iron and even better that I didn't have to use it. The Room Service speed was excellent.

Located in a historic French Beaux-Arts building, this 4-star Chicago Loop hotel features a tapas restaurant and stylish rooms with 50-inch LCD TVs. Very nice room, high and comfy bed with a huge blanket! I have felt like a queen! Really nice bathroom with a big shower and a marble vanity! Nice wallpaper! The armchair is really comfy! Very nice lobby with different styles of chairs and golden decoration. They have wifi in the lobby. There is an old typewriter, where you can write something for your people at home. I highly recommend this hotel!

Directly across from Millennium Park and sitting on the iconic Michigan Avenue, Congress Plaza Hotel offers elegance, luxury, and history in the heart of downtown Chicago. Everything went absolutely perfect! Huge room, amazing view! Very lovely personnel :) absolutely loved it
