The room is clean and tidy. Wifi is fast. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Great location with a 5-mins walk from CTA station. Breakfast are also fine.

Our room was en suit - bathroom and the sheets were really clean. The room was spacious enough, there was A/C and a TV. The staff kept our bags after check out, which saved us money and trouble. You can pay deposit in cash and you get it back during check out. Generally we recommend this hotel to all travellers.
