Established in 1927, Hilton Boston Park Plaza is situated in the Theatre District in Boston, 140 metres from Boston Public Garden, 350 metres from Boston Common and 450 metres from John Hancock Tower.... I travelled to Boston on a holiday during late September, early October. The hotel staff wasn't just amazing, helpful, diligent, kind and professional, but they also made sure issues you had were completely resolved before letting it go. This happened to me because I ordered something from Amazon to arrive at the hotel while I was staying there, and they made sure to help me locate the delivery without problem or worry when it was put in a storage (this is hotel protocol) between shifts. I had breakfast at the hotel a couple of days and both the service and selection were incredibly. Every floor had a filtered water dispenser, and the cleaning staff were very nice. This is also, quite literally, 2 minutes away from Arlington station, which makes it extremely well connected if you're someone who prefers to get around cities on public transport and foot (like me).

The accomodation was mis booked for the dates and the staff rectified MY error really seamlessly, getting us quickly settled into our room. Always attentive and helpful. Gorgeous rooms and great gym.

Built in 1877, this boutique Boston hotel is 450 metres from Boston Common. It features complimentary Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. Citi Performing Arts Center-Wang Theatre is a 290 metres walk away.... Omg the linen and the pillows and the mattress were just divine! Everything was well put together. The receptionists were friendly and professional. The bunkbeds were comfortable and the locker had a passcode. The bathroom was squeaky clean with body wash, shampoo and body lotion and also hairdryer. Towels were plenty and clean. Best hostel ive ever slept in. They even had free coffee at the reception. Subway orange line is just behind.
