You will be treated like royalty, the staff at reception especially SERKAN, OCKUN and KADRI helped us checkout a little late because our flight was in the evening. loved how receptive these guys are. our housekeeper went extra miles to make up a beautiful bed for us. don’t remember his name but he was exceptional at his work the doorman ( kadir yayla) was very helpful to guide us every time we needed a taxi, this hotel made us stay in Istanbul great

Everything was perfect, starting with front desk team , cleaning ( they really deserve that 4 stars ) ,huge room size , hotel position ( we traveled by car, so it was easy to go everywhere we wanted) , quiet area ( rarely in Istanbul ) .We preferred to eat traditional breakfast in near Bosfor restaurants, so , I can’t tell anything about morning food, but we ordered late dinner ones and it was very tasty! I Very good prices for great value! I highly recommend this hotel !
