If I were able to rate it 100 I would. It was exceptional, the hotel is small but it is really beautiful and aesthetic. The staff is extremely helpful and really kind. The location is perfect as it touches the Ortaköy Sahil from where you can see the beach and the famous bridge. Overall an amazing experience.

Stunning view! amazing balcony, the room is really amazing, there's a seating area and the balcony is stunning! you can sit there and watch the magnificent Bosporus Bridge lights at night, i only regret going there in the summer (Aug!) i believe if it was a nicer weather we would stay up late on this nice balcony. The location of the hotel is great, very close to everything and specially to OrtaKoy seaside with all these Kumpir shops this is so romantic indeed. We had a baby, the hotel doesn't have a crib, but this room has an extra bed, you can use it for your baby like we did.

Raffles Istanbul is a unique destination with unparalleled views of this thriving metropolis. Snídaně byla výborná, personál se o vše staral. Pestrost bufetového výberu, čerstvé teplé pečivo, a i výber z ala carte menu. Cerstvý fresh dzus, vše perfektní ! Restaurace byla rozdelena na cast vnitřní a venkovní, kde se kouřilo., Proto jsem venkovní nevyužila. JEDINÉ CO MI TAM CHYBELO, BYLO OVOCE.

The best service where staff are warm and friendly, remember you by name, always willing to help when needed and they go out of their way to cater to your every need. Especially special thanks Mr.Kemal Berber and Concierge Team , deserve special mention for their warmth and their willingness to go over and beyond what was expected.Will definitely be returning to again!

Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Ortakoy Bosphorus is located in Ortakoy Istanbul, in the hearth of the Bosphorus coastline. I went for short holiday with my 17 year old son. We both loved it. The hotel was well located, the room was kept clean during our stay and the view of the bosphorus was amazing. Everything was excellent! Especially the staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Gorkem so much for looking after us during our stay, sorting the taxis out, luggages and everything else. Also we had wonderful receptionists who were always willing to help and sort things out for us too. Thank you to Emrecan and Dogukan. And thanks to Fatma who always made sure our room was kept clean and asked if we needed anything. All so friendly and kind.
