The lady at the reception was very friendly. I had stored my luggage beyond their work hours on the day of check out and she patiently waited for me after her work hours. The rooms were clean and quiet with no weird smell. I booked the hotel for a short stay to transport, so the location was perfect for me as the MRT metro station was near by. The only downside is that it is a little farther away from the main attractions in Bangkok but the booking price more than makes up for that.

The staff was amazing. Suki allowed us an early check-in (10am), breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The maids were lovely and provided extra water for our baby. The location is great (10 minute walk to ARI MRT Skytrain station). There's a SevenEleven, a Starbucks, a Sushi restaurant and more in the building which made our stay super convenient. We would definitely come back and we take the opportunity to thank the staff for their friendliness

Great location 2min walk from mrt station & directly opposite Union Mall. Few stops to JJ market. Very easy to grab taxi. Property is new, house keeping did a great job, I saw the housekeeper taking off her shoes while cleaning. She vacuumed and mopped. What I also like so the green initiative - you get two vouchers for a drink at the bar if you chose not to change your bedsheet & towel each day. Front desk staff and lobby staff are helpful and speaks good English.

After a very long flight, it was so nice to be greeted by the exceptionally friendly staff, and my room was beautiful! The large balcony and jacuzzi tub, overlooking the private green space was gorgeous and relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The restaurant was great and the giant aquarium was better than television! I highly recommend this hotel.
