The location of the hotel was very central to many of the key sights and the staff were incredible especially Beatrize and Anna at the front desk. Beatrize was especially helpful with check in and getting us transportation from and to the hoterl from the sights. Anna was also great in getting us to a local restaurant that we wanted to go to and coulc not be more accommodating.

Located in Porto, the 4-star Eurostars Heroismo is just in front of Heroismo Metro Station and also has an outstanding parking. Modern hotel, close to the attractions. Very big room, large bed, nice terrace. Breakfast was excellent. Very good parking space. Staff smilig and very nice.

There is free Wi-Fi in public areas. it was great value for money. we love the girl who was in the reception. she went out of her way and asked us do we want any help with the map. She showed us all the places that we can visit and how and where to take metro. They also allowed us to keep the bags in the lobby after checking out. Room was tidy and have nothing to complain.
