This renovated hotel in the heart of Lisbon’s Parque das Naçoes is surrounded by trendy restaurants. It offers free Wi-Fi, a brand new restaurant and renovated spacious rooms. Convenient location. Walking distance to the metro station of Oriente, a bus station of many lines such as 728 which leads straight to the downtown and tourist spots, a big shopping mall, the aquarium and the pavilion. Considerate service. Provided detailed information when we asked our way to somewhere. Prepared sweet gifts for my colleague who was on her birthday. Nice food at the breakfast. Most importantly, AMAZING STAFFS. Especially those who work at the reception! I lost my baggage at the airport on my first day in Lisbon. The staffs at the reception helped me to contact the lost&found and other concerned department of the airport, and also gave me many useful information and suggestion. Luckily I got my baggage back at the airport on the day I left Lisbon. But even if I didn't, I'm sure those kind staffs would contact me and help to send my baggage back once they received it from the airport. Thank you guys so much for your help!

It was perfect for me because it was close to the Oriente Station and with a fair price and very good quality.

The Eurostars Universal Lisboa is a recently inaugurated design hotel designed for a luxurious stay. Great location close to public transportation, modern casino and plenty of great restaurants. Easy access to underground and train station to Sintra and other destinations. The gym on top floor included sauna and steam room which I never saw in a hotel before. The rooftop has an amazing view over the Parque Das Nações.

I did not have breakfast as I was in a hurry to reach the airport. My stay here was unplanned, but very comfortable. just what I needed for a night stranded in a foreign city. It was safe, clean and comfortable. A bit pricier than I would have chosen normally, but the location is very close to both the airport and the city center so for me it was just what I needed.

The VIP Executive Arts Hotel is an exceptionel good 4* hotel in a nice location with ver, good facilities. The staff is extremely nice and tries to help wherever they can. The size of the rooms if quite good, spacious I would say compared to other hotels I've been to. The bathroom was very nice and looked almost new. In general the quality of cleaning is absolutely top. We received a room on one of the upper floors with an amazing view over the bay. If you are looking for a hotel in the direct city center, this isn't the right place to stay as you need to commute to the center - pleade keep in mind this is not a rating of the location at all, just a hint for other travellers. In fact I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to stay in this area.
