The location was perfect! So convienent and quiet. The staff are charming, engaging, polite and professional. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were excellent. Super clean facility!!! I will be back very soon!! The rooms need dimmer switches on the lighting in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfotable. The pictures on the website don't do the property justice. I loved that they had 2 luggage racks, one for each of us.

Almost everything is perfect. It’s comfortable, well located and the staff is really helpful and sympathetic.

From the moment I walked in, I fell in love with this hotel. From the romantic canopy bed and gorgeous rooftop with string lights, a hot tub, and friendly neighborhood cats to the water fountains and live orchids and bromeliads everywhere you look. The aesthetic of Ville Herencia is a sublime blend of historic and modern from its architecture to the artwork covering every wall. The rooms had air conditioning but also the option of windows or opening the doors to the patio. The bed was extremely comfortable. The property felt very secure and was in an amazing location for sightseeing or dinning and dancing. Check in was effortless and the staff let us leave our bags while we explored the city after check out. The hardest part was leaving.

Enjoy stunning views of the San Juan Bay and easy access to historic sites and local attractions at Hotel Rumbao, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and attentive to all of my needs. The room and all over the hotel was spotless very clean. Had restaurants and bars at site with great food and drinks will definitely be returning next time I’m in Puerto Rico!

This downtown boutique hotel features a roof-top terrace overlooking San Juan Bay and historic Old San Juan. It is a beautiful property and a perfect location.

Bahçe, teras ve restorana sahip 352 Guest House Hotel Boutique, San Juan'ın merkezinde Playa Ocho'ya 2,5 km uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. Servis çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı kararında ve eksiksizdi.

San Juan'ın merkezinde, Fort San Felipe del Morro ve Ponce de Leon Heykeli'ne kısa bir mesafede yer alan 2-BR Apt, OSJ'de merkezi bir konuma sahiptir. The spot in Old San Juan was perfect; the rooms and beds were comfy and it was all very clean! The five of us enjoyed the spaciousness and layout of the apartment. We loved the full-sized fridge. We also liked the pretty, cool tile and very effective air conditioning, plus the super attractive, newer-looking decor, appliances and furniture. It was great to be near both forts and also near restaurants and the shops below. Only downsides were no shampoo (but we had brought our own, luckily) and our daughter was kept awake for a while on the sofa/bed in the den from loud music nearby. The bedrooms were nice and quiet, though.
