The staff was very responsive and accommodating. I had to extend my stay for an additional day and they made it happen without any issues.

The valet was perfect! The employees were so nice. We stayed in the infinity suite. The two balcony’s were amazing great views! The pool and rooftop were so beautiful. Located in Condado, Puerto Rico, this boutique hotel is just 1 block from Condado Beach and has free WiFi in public areas and rooms with air conditioning. Property was clean. Check in was easy. The staff member at the front desk - Eddy- was extremely friendly and went out of his way to switch our room to a bigger room when we had an extra person with us. Although the hotel was booked for the night he was able to switch me to a room with the same size bed but a little more space to maneuver with an extra person.
