Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable and had nice touches like a hairdryer, fridge and kettle. The breakfast varied slightly on each day of our stay and was always prompt and delicious. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. The hammam was a great experience and highly recommended too.

On arrival, the owner's son kindly offered his parking spot for our convenience, reflecting the safe, friendly neighborhood. The Riad itself radiates the family's love and warmth, making us feel like part of their family. Its excellent location made exploring easy and comfortable. This place has won our hearts, and we can't wait to return. The delicious, warm breakfasts and the attentive staff added to our wonderful stay. A true gem where guests are treated like family, we highly recommend it.

Situato a Fès, a 1,9 km dal Palazzo Reale (Dar El Makhzen) e a 600 metri dalla Bab Bou Jeloud, il Pacha Palace offre un giardino e una terrazza. È stato un soggiorno fantastico! La posizione del Riad è ottima: a soli 2 minuti dal mercato della Medina, e vicinissima ad un parcheggio: in tal modo la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile in taxi, ed è impossibile perdersi. Le stanze sono molto ampie, con letti comodi e grandi, ed è molto silenzioso. La terrazza è spettacolare. Inoltre Hassan ha saputo consigliarmi in modo eccellente: si è preoccupato che tutto fosse a posto con attenzione, pazienza, e con grande rispetto. Mi ha consigliato senza mai insistere: e le sue proposte erano le migliori! Quindi mi ha aiutato ad organizzare le escursioni,l'hammam, ed è stato disponibile per qualsiasi mia richiesta o necessità. Diciamo che la sua accoglienza mi ha fatto sentire quella umanità e quella attenzione personale che a volte abbiamo dimenticato, sommersi nelle fredde procedure burocratiche. Qui è stato tutto diverso: calore, umanità, allegria e positività. Inoltre ho trovato la zona molto sicura (e io Viaggiavo sola). Lo consiglio vivamente!
