Andrea (hotel reception)is so kind and very accommodating to us as well as the hotel restaurant staff who surprised me with birthday cake greetings.The location is excellent and very accessible to the supermarket, malls, tram station and restaurants. The room that we stayed is huge, super clean, very safe and quiet with comfy bed.you will truly enjoyed your stay and very worth it.

This hotel is located in the heart of the Kirchberg area, only 1 km from the MUDAM museum. Novotel has a restaurant and a bar. It offers large, modern rooms. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the... OK so the breakfast was pretty massive and had a little something of everything to satiate the pallet. The check in was super easy however parking at the property was super limited. My room was fantastic and they even sent someone to my room to make up the couch bed where my kiddo wanted to sleep within 5 min of checking into the rooom. A quick 5 minute walk to the public transportation ( which is free) and you are whisked to the city... Or you can enjoy the views on a pleasent walk from teh property to the city center.
