The amazing customer service - that simply supersedes any hotel/vacation experience we have ever had in our comprehensive catalogue of travel experience, lead alone by an incredible employee that I would rather not mention by name without her consent. This is by far a true example of how a hotel can bring that "extra" thing to the customer - without the customer having the words to describe what it is? it felt human? magical? wonderful? and last but not least heartwarming. I strongly recommend Lahoya Verdun 5 out of 5 stars is simply not enough.🤩🤩🤩🤩 Thank you for being you (the entire team) but especially also that superwoman in your team which gave my parents an amazing experience leading to this review + a 117% re-visit guarantee. Four Points by Sheraton Le Verdun is located in the shopping and business district, Verdun. great location for entry into Beirut from the airport, then exit the next day to the mountains. the staff were very helpful with the airport transfers.
