This is by far a true example of how a hotel can bring that "extra" thing to the customer - without the customer having the words to describe what it is? it felt human? magical? wonderful? and last but not least heartwarming. I strongly recommend Lahoya Verdun 5 out of 5 stars is simply not enough.🤩🤩🤩🤩 Thank you for being you (the entire team) but especially also that superwoman in your team which gave my parents an amazing experience leading to this review + a 117% re-visit guarantee. The suite was incredible, service at TOP and above (should be their motto) and nothing to put a finger on (clean, no disturbances, friendly and almost as if you were back home at the relatives you love) Thank you again and as we say in Denmark: Vi ses!
