Staff was very professional and so welcoming especially Houssam who was so genuine and ready to help with everything. Always smiling and asking if anything is needed. Rooms are so spacious and very clean. I’d say very comfortable stay especially with a location in the city center close to everything on foot.

I was able to walk to many famous landmarks, such as the historic downtown area, the Corniche, and even Gemmayzeh Street. The central location is a real asset for any traveler looking to experience the best of Beirut.

Such a wonderful and lovely staff that are ready to go above and beyond their duty to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. I became sick during my travel, and the hotel staff personally escorted me to the nearest hospital to get treatment. They even stayed with me until they were sure I was safe and sound. Even in these trying times, their positive outlook and joyous nature is a true testament to the heart and soul of the Lebanese people. Also, this hotel has the best hotel fitness/gym I've ever used.
