Perfect location right next to the bus and train station yet you don't hear any of the outside noise (from level 7 anyway). It's huge, it feels really homey. The shower is awesome and the separate toilet is handy. A door with a balcony was nice for some fresh air too. The staff are so lovely, short walk to food, tourist attractions and the best burger shop in the world is only 15mins walk, 'center 4 hamburgers' OMG!! All the facilities in the room are just perfect, washer and dryer was perfect after getting sweaty on the slopes. I love the traditional yet modern feel of this apartment style hotel. I would stay again!!

The bathroom has a shower and a square bath. You almost feel you are in a 'spa'. Good tea and coffee pads. The hotel has only a few rooms with a beautiful cafe at the ground floor. You had to pick a breakfast time in advance so the table was reserved at Hid's Cafe & Bar, a popular place for hotel guests and others. Food was super healthy. Matcha Latte the best, coffee as well fabulous. Walking distance to the old town but also with some top restaurants in the street as well as izakayas near the train station.

The staff was very helpful and even filled out the Yamato transport form for us to send the luggage to the next hotel. Every day there was a happy hour with a free drink and a bit of rice with curry, a nice detail. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
